- All Tape Medias have lifetime warranty from manufacturer, no warranty from ADP Technologies, Inc.
- All Tape Drives, both internal and external carries 90 days warranty for all sales and repairs products from ADP Technologies, Inc.
- All defective products must be claimed within 10 days after received.
- No refund if returned products are damaged not like original or the warranty void label is broken and tampered.
- No return for refund after 30 days received, repair or exchange only. For exchange or repair, item will be shipped via UPS GROUND or UPS STANDARD.
- For refund, we only refund the purchase price. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Return shipping shall be the responsibility of buyer.
- 20% restocking fee on all returned working products.
